I recently had a whole home water filtration and soft water system installed by Chandler and Schuelke plumbing. After 5 days there was an issue with the system so I called Chandler and he was here the next day to investigate and correct the issue. It was determined that one of the parts for the system was damaged during shipment and the Manufacturer was sending out a replacement part. Chandler offered to return again to install the replacement part and recheck the system which he completed today. Chandler and his company are trustworthy and reliable and do excellent work. The restroom install looks like it was always there. The work was professionally done. At the end of the day they left their work area nice and neat. I was pleased with the entire process and I would recommend this company hands down.

We used the Schuelke team to remodel our laundry room/mud room. We gave them a “clean” slate and had a general planned idea. The team was very very receptive and accommodating. My house is 67 years old and has never had the plumbing updated. I had been having problems since i moved in 22 years ago but never thought about updating the pipes. I called Schuelke to request a "snake" of my backed up pipes in my bathroom. They discovered and showed me how my pipes were full of roots from my large tree. I decided it was time to replace all of the plumbing. The guys were at my house at precisely 8 am every morning and worked hard all day for 3 days to complete the job. Once again, Schuelke plumbing came to my rescue! I discovered a leak in my garage wall late Saturday night and had to turn off my water. I first called after hours and didn't hear back, but when I called during work hours Cori was incredibly helpful and sent someone out to give me a quote same-day. Chandler was incredibly thorough in investigating our issue and found a simpler fix for our issue than the first company I had called out. This simpler fix saved me $6k!! The repair was completed the next day and my life is finally back to normal. My household spent 26 days without gas in the house, no hot water, no stove, no oven, no dryer, etc. before calling Schuelke Plumbing. Schuelke Plumbing came and confirmed a suspected gas leak. Gary and the leak repair company that he uses isolated where the leak was and fixed it with minimal effort. Gary is honest, reliable and was clear to give me options which enabled me to make the best decision. We had a water line break in the slab that flooded our entire house. Called Schuelke plumbing and Robert was there in about an hour. He was very professional and explained everything about the repair process. Scheulke did a great job of finding a leak under cement foundation. They repaired and remodeled in a timely manner and clean up nicely - all the while, dealing with my insurance company. Chandler has done several jobs for me over the years including another bath remodel, outgoing pipe replacement, epoxy liner, and hot water replacement and leak repair. I had a plumbing leak and got an estimate from All City plumbing. Their estimate was $7,500 to $10,000. The plumber believed I had a slab leak. Chandler from Schuelke plumbing did a leak detection test. There was no slab leak. He located a leak in the copper pipe and repaired it immediately for a small fraction of the price quoted bt All City. They found the hidden leak we knew about inside and two more outside. Repaired the pipe that was leaking out side, installed a pressure regulator to bring the the pressure into code and replace the leaking toilet. Boom.Done.Finished. Fast and efficient. We’ve used them before and will do so again.

Tech Robert efficiently replaced a leaking shutoff valve at the toilet using compression fittings to the copper water supply line. He came prepared, experienced, and with the specialized tools and knowledge to complete the job on one visit after studying pics that his dispatcher requested from me in advance to ensure that he brought the right repl parts and scheduled enough time. Customer service and communication is impt to this company! What a great job by Schuelke plumbing! Our main water to the house broke and they came on a Saturday to fix it. The break was right under a beautiful Japanese Maple by our front door and they dug around the tree (and had to go down about 3 feet) to save it. Robert and Chandler were thoughtful and professional. Schuelke Plumbing arrived to our rental home in a timely manner .They began to evaluate the issue and located where the water leak was coming from. The water leak was coming from the house main water line. The water pipes where located in the concrete foundation that went to the city water meter. The plumber told me that they needed to re-route the water line and that they would need to go get all the supplies before they closed the store. He said he would come at 8:30 am to finish the job. They arrived in the morning at 830am, and got the big job done with no issues. I really recommend Schuelke Plumbing if you want to get the job done right!! I give them a 5 Star!! I've called on Schuelke a number of times and they always respond quickly. Any employee I've had contact with is always polite and professional. They explain their work before, during and on completion and their prices are competitive and reasonable.

I agreed to pay for a preventive hydro jetting if my residential property. Another plumber quoted me for $1800 to do the work. Shuelke offered to do one hour for $495 and each subsequent hour for $195. Chandler arrived and inspected the pipes with his cameras. He explained that my pipes did not have any build up and didn’t need the hydrojetting. So I just paid $250 for the inspection and saved a lot of money. Appreciate the integrity of the plumber and the company. Highly recommend them!

After having an appointment cancel on us the day of service, we called Schuelke Plumbing and they were able to make accommodations very last minute to have our clients plumbing inspected via the camera inspection. They were not only able to come out promptly, the tech was on time, very informative, he went out of his way to explain what was called out on our inspection report and give our client pointers. I had a kitchen sink clog late in the day on a Thursday and I was afraid I'd be unable to use my kitchen sink all weekend. Chandler showed up first thing Friday morning and unclogged my drain for a reasonable price. This review is regarding work done at our church, First Christian Church in San Bernardino -- Chandler has responded in a timely manner helping us with an issue of exceedingly high pressure on our mainline from East Valley Water. Our pressure is pushing 120 psi -- so no wonder that we've had an issue with blown joints and sprinklers. Chandler has installed a regulator and mainline ball valve on our side of the meter. Schuelke Plumbing and Construction finished a shower remodel recently for me and I can’t say enough about the company. Gary the owner gave a me quote for a shower remodel and could start in 2 weeks. Schuelke Plumbing just finished a two bathroom remodel for us. What a fabulous job! All the trades/personnel involved were of the highest caliber. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We said goodbye to the green/yellow tile/tub in one bathroom and the pink tile/tub in the other and welcomed a modern and classic color palette anchored by first rate work! One of the bathrooms involved removing a decorative wall, relocating the bathtub/shower combo and a toilet along with an overall update of flooring, vanity replacement and all fixtures. The other was an update of flooring replacement of the vanity and fixtures. Estimate vs completed project was spot on, everyone was communicative and on time every day of the project. Where do I start - I can't give enough star's to Schuelke Plumbing & Construction. This Company is a 20 star!!!!! It all started with a flood in my mother's kitchen from a broken pipe under her sink. The water damage was awful. When I placed a call into Schuelke plumbing they were there immediately and began taking care of everything. They handled all of the water damage mitigation. They also have a Construction side to their company and handled the build back (Remodel) of the kitchen, which also included the flooring in the laundry room, bathroom & den. I also had them do some kitchen modifications I paid for out of pocket while the house was already in the demo stage. Awesome professional

I had several main line sewer clogs with in the last couple months. And I kept calling plumbing companies out to clear the clog for me. Finally called schuelke plumbing they got the line cleared and even followed up with a camera inspection and showed me that it was due to a large root intrusion in my line. (Which the other companies didn’t bother to do). Schuelke plumbing was able to come out the next day to dig down and fix that section of pipe and installed a clean out so I have access to my sewer line for in the future if I get any more clogs. They even did great job backfilling and putting all my grass back. Can hardly even tell they had a 5 foot hole dug in my front yard

This was very frustrating for my wife and I and at times even getting things done with the project. Gary and his team even when I was frustrated and not calm Gary was very calm and helped me with understanding that the job will get done right and help us out in every way possible…..we are happy with the work done. We had an issue with a plumbing leak after all work was completed and even though your office was closed and starting there weekends Gary got someone to our house to dry out everything, and arrived first thing Monday morning for repairs.

I hired Schuelke to do electrical conduit, natural gas line and install a sewer hook up for an RV. All this was done prior to the concrete contractor doing their part. Gary was very fast with getting me an estimate and the work was completed in the time frame given, his workers were able to answer any questions I had while they were performing the work. Again the experience was very good. The technicians first checked to determine if there was a leak. That's quality and integrity. They proved to be right I was wrong. If I would have exercised patience I may have determined my analysis was wrong. I panicked and expected the worse. Service call and inspection was the only charge. No repair necessary.

Clayton was early, prompt and thorough. We only use Shuelke Plumbing.

We called in the morning and had Chandler there replacing our water heater by the afternoon. So thankful we didn't have to go days without warm water and leaking into the kitchen. I have used them several times they are always professional, clean up their areas when done and honest. We were blessed to have our water heater last 21 years and they put in the same brand we had before because it is quality and lasts unlike the ones sold at big box stores. If you need any plumbing or bath remodels call them. You will be happy you did!

Chandler was great reviewed the issue determined what the cause was, which turn out to be a leaking valve. He replace the valve and cleaned up all of the mess and then I was so impressed with him and the work I request him to provide me with and estimate to modify the plumbing under the kitchen sink and install our new kitchen sink. Your quote was the lowest, so Chandler is scheduled to be here again tomorrow to fix the nightmare plumbing under the sink and install the new sink.

Chandler was very precise in determining where the leak was under the slab of my home. I was impressed with the way they covered up furniture prior to starting work. The attention to detail was phenomenal and all of the drywall cuts were such that patching would be easy and straightforward. Any questions that I had was answered satisfactorily and professionally. I love everything about this company! Our family experienced a devastating amount of damage to our home when it flooded while we were out of town. Then, our insurance wouldn’t cover our losses. Then we found out that there was asbestos, termite and mold damage that needed to be taken care of before we could begin to rebuild or even occupy. Our entire downstairs and about 1/4 of our upstairs was affected. We even had our living room ceiling collapse! Chandler guided us, communicated effectively with us and SHOWED UP each and every step of the way. On top of that, we were on the other side of the country during the entire mitigation and rebuild process. Because the team Chandler put into place to do the mitigation and rebuild our “new” home, it was finished on time for our move in.
