Snaked customers main, ins from accessible cleanout. Pulled out large amounts of tampons and baby wipes
Snaked both bathtub as well and bathroom sink. Everything was draining properly. Inspected bathroom sink drains that where leaking. Appeared someone attempted to place caulking around the connections to prevent from leaking. Recommended disconnecting all drains under sink and installation of new drains in order to fix the issues.

After performing an inspection of the electrical panel we were able to get the breaker to temporarily reset and work however the breaker is in very poor condition. A second main breaker in the adjacent panel was also found to be in need of replacement. These breakers are obsolete and need to be replaced with new breaker technology that is difficult to source, making them more expensive.
Customers compression fittings under kitchen sink because loose and were leaking. Tightened nuts and fixed the leaks. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properLy
Customers garbage disposal was leaking. Replaced with new disposal. Customer also complained of her cold angle stop leaking. Tightened angle stop and leak stopped. Recommended if leak persists to replace angle stop
Customer has water damage and mold under kitchen sink. Wishes to have mold remediated. Removed water damaged drywall under kitchen sink and treated studs for mold. Also noticed customer has a gap between counter top and drywall behind kitchen sink where water was seeping through. Recommended to customer to properly seal this gap to prevent water to continue to leak down wall.
Customers pfister shower valve stems had failed. Replaced both hot and cold stems with new ones. Upon removal of old stems noticed customers shower valve had lots of build up and rust. Recommended if customer continues to have issues to replace shower valve.
Performed leak detection and did not see any evidence that there was a pressurized leak on customers water lines. Checked meter and meter was not moving. Indicating there was no leak. Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line from kitchen cleanout and all drains looked to be In good shape. I do not believe the moisture in the front living room is due to a water or sewer leak. After further inspection I noticed almost the surround of the drop in room had elevated moisture as well as around the perimeter of the back door leading to the garage. I believe moisture is entering from outside of the home and causing the damage. Customer had large portions of stucco that was flaking off where stucco and concrete met.
Was able to clear clog via access main vent. Performed camera inspection and noticed customer had really corroded cast iron sewer main. Recommended installation of mainline cleanout where sewer exits the building and performing hydrojetting to descale sewer line
Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line from far back cleanout in back yard out towards the front yard. During camera inspecting we noticed customer had old orange burg pipe that was failed for approximately 50’. There were several root intrusions and separations throughout sewer main. Ran camera full length out (approximately 80’) did not see any issues the last 30’ where sewer main transferred to cast iron. Strongly recommend replacing this damaged 50’ section via pipe bursting and performing a further camera inspection of rest of line once sewer line is dug up in front yard.
Customers old rheem water heater was no longer working. Replaced with a new 40 gallon Bradford white water heater
Ran snake through customers area drain next to side gate. Was able to get line open and draining. Upon further inspection we found that the termination point for drain had been buried and was clogged with dirt. Recommend re-plumbing termination point to terminate above ground with proper screening to prevent future clogs. Will be approximately $650.00 to do so
Customers garbage disposal wasn’t mounted on bracket properly. Tightened disposal back onto bracket. Ran water fir several minutes and didn’t see any further leaks. Explained to customer that eventually bracket for garbage disposal will need to be removed and re-installed as well
