After performing an inspection of the electrical panel we were able to get the breaker to temporarily reset and work however the breaker is in very poor condition. A second main breaker in the adjacent panel was also found to be in need of replacement. These breakers are obsolete and need to be replaced with new breaker technology that is difficult to source, making them more expensive.

Performed leak detection and did not see any evidence that there was a pressurized leak on customers water lines. Checked meter and meter was not moving. Indicating there was no leak. Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line from kitchen cleanout and all drains looked to be In good shape. I do not believe the moisture in the front living room is due to a water or sewer leak. After further inspection I noticed almost the surround of the drop in room had elevated moisture as well as around the perimeter of the back door leading to the garage. I believe moisture is entering from outside of the home and causing the damage. Customer had large portions of stucco that was flaking off where stucco and concrete met.

Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line from far back cleanout in back yard out towards the front yard. During camera inspecting we noticed customer had old orange burg pipe that was failed for approximately 50’. There were several root intrusions and separations throughout sewer main. Ran camera full length out (approximately 80’) did not see any issues the last 30’ where sewer main transferred to cast iron. Strongly recommend replacing this damaged 50’ section via pipe bursting and performing a further camera inspection of rest of line once sewer line is dug up in front yard.
