after performing leak detection we found that customers leak was in the concrete footing of the home under the stairs. Instead of trying to jackhammer under stairs and through the footing I recommend re routing line and stubbing in new 1 1/4 copper through the front of the home and connecting back to the regulator eliminating the leak under ground

After running test on kitchen sink we saw customers basket strainer and tubular drain where both leaking. We disassembled drains and strainer and re installed them with new plumbers putty.

After inspecting customers water lines located under stairs we saw that customer had another section of 1 1/4 copper that had severe corrosion and could lead to a possible leak. Recommended removal and replacement of this section before patching of drywall.

Upon arrival noticed customers water heater was leaking from base up in the attic. Drained water heater Thursday night and ordered a new water water heater that will be delivered Friday. After having water heater delivered, heater was the wrong size. None of our suppliers had any 40 gallon water heaters in stock that would fit through the attic access. After speaking with Gerrit we decided that the best option would be to install a 30 gallon water heater in order to avoid having to make the access larger.

Customer wishes to have estimate for removal of her neighbors sewer line from her yard. Explained to customer we cannot provide this estimate without first performing camera inspection to locate where sewer line is and how deep it is. After having an idea of how deep the lateral is and where it’s located we will have a better idea on what the cost will be to re locate the line After performing camera inspection we located sewer lateral approximately 4’ away from customers last cleanout. Sewer lateral was located at about 2.5’ deep. Customer states that neighbors sewer line runs through her property and she wishes to have it commenced to sewer lateral. Cannot provide an accurate cost to do this due to not having access to neighbors sewer line and property. Customer will be looking at a ball park price of 18,000-23000 to do work

Snaked customers overlfow and pulled back large amounts of hair. Ran tub for several minutes and everything was draining properly.

School had a clogged toilet, first step to clearing clog was augering it. Eventually was successful and cleared the clog. Flushed the toilet 5 times and had no issues. Flushed one more time in front of faculty staff to assure the clog was cleared.

Replaced old customer front control panel to the Master Navien tankless water heater with new one. After replacement, ran test to make sure the master tankless was producing hot water by shutting off the other unit and only leaving the master unit. Ran only hot water in the kitchen sink for 5 minutes and fortunately hot water was indeed coming out. Also there were no error codes showing while the master unit. After the test it was determined the customer was good to use the unit again.

Installed new smoke detector in the living room as requested by management (Rusti).
