Customer had several rocks and large amounts of dirt stuck in drains for house attached to barn. Ran cable snake through toilet flange and 3” cleanout in order to loosen up and flush out the dirt. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. Ran camera and dirt and rocks where flushed out.
Angered the toilet and pulled out a tube of toothpaste. After the object was pulled out the toilet started to flush normally again.
After inspecting customer’s toilet, it was determined that the reason for the slow fill after flush was because the old fill valve had a lot debris lodged inside of it. Replaced it with new fill valve and toilet is filling back to normal. Was not able to reinstall customer’s water softener because could not find a replacement part for the O ring at any supplier. Customer will need to order it online and once they have the part, we can return to reinstalling water softener.
Purchased and installed new chrome delta faucet with sprayer, also inspected customers washer machine valves. Both valves were frozen and were not turning on or off. Replaced laundry box with new Oatey box and flushed out customers water lines. Customer had large amounts of pvc shavings as well as small rocks in water lines. Flushed out customers shower head as well. Inspected customers water line filter for washer machine and noticed there was lots of build up on filter. Attempted to clean out debris as best as possible. Also flushed out water lines for kitchen faucet and replaced clogged angle stop for hallway bathroom on first house.
Customer had a broken water main that was repaired. When doing the repair large amounts of debris and dirt got flushed into bottom two houses water lines. Flushed dirt out of lines. Customers middle houses filter was clogged causing low pressure on hot side. By passes filter in order to restore hot water pressure to home. Recommended replacing filter
Upon attempting to replace faucets for customer we found that none of the angle stops for the faucets we where replacing worked. Attempted to turn off water to the house but the 1” gate valve had failed as well. Hose bib below this gate valve was clogged and not working either. Ended up replacing kitchen and right master bathroom faucets, hot and cold angle stops for those faucets, hose bib, gate valve and drain assembly for left master bathroom faucet
Replaced both fill valves and supply lines on customers toilet as well as repair broken leach line. While at the house also noticed customer needed two new faucets. One kitchen faucet and one master bathroom faucet that where both leaking.
Customer has broken 3/4 pvc where he would wish us to add a hose bib
