Performed inspection of customers plumbing. Ran water on all fixtures to make sure they had hot and cold water and where working properly inspected under sinks for leaks and inspected water heater everything appeared to be in good working order. Only issues I noticed was the hot handle for the Roman tub valve would leak from base when turned on all the way. And the down stairs toilet had a kink in the supply line. Recommended replacing cartridge for Roman tub valve as well as replacing supply line for the downstairs toilet.

Attempted to snake customers laundry line from roof and pulled back large amounts of roots. Followed up with camera inspection of laundry line and right where customers laundry and sink drain go down into the ground there was a large root intrusion that was causing the clog. Was not able to get my camera past this point to see what kind of condition the rest of the line was In. Highly recommend jackhammering flooring and digging down to this section of pipe and performing spot repair to remove roots. Once section is removed we will be able to perform a camera inspection of the rest of the line. Drains under sink where also in properly plumbed in. Customers pressure is at 110psi. Recommended replacing regulator and adjusting pressure to 55-75psi Replaced customers old pressure regulator and adjusted pressure to 60-65 psi
Customers old gate valve at water meter was leaking. Removed and replaced with new 3/4 brass ball valve
Performed leak detection and did not see any evidence that there was a pressurized leak on customers water lines. Checked meter and meter was not moving. Indicating there was no leak. Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line from kitchen cleanout and all drains looked to be In good shape. I do not believe the moisture in the front living room is due to a water or sewer leak. After further inspection I noticed almost the surround of the drop in room had elevated moisture as well as around the perimeter of the back door leading to the garage. I believe moisture is entering from outside of the home and causing the damage. Customer had large portions of stucco that was flaking off where stucco and concrete met.
Thank you Greg. It was a pleasure working with you.
