Customer has water damage and mold under kitchen sink. Wishes to have mold remediated. Removed water damaged drywall under kitchen sink and treated studs for mold. An Inspection was performed after the Home Inspector reported some issues with the plumbing and water staining in the garage. After the inspection it was determined that a majority of the issues outlined by the inspection were accurate but did not rise to the level of great concern. There were two issues that were determined to be a priority, the water heater and the roofing above the garage. The other items need to be addressed as well although not as high a priority as the water heater and roofing.
The customer reported a leak from the master bathroom shower.
