Performed d hydrojetting to customers area drains. Customer had lots of dirt and roofs built up in line. Ran jetter for approximately 2 hours and was able to get everything draining properly. Ran hose in drain for 20 minutes and everything was draining
Customer had a leak underneath the toilet due to a failed wax ring. I pulled and reset the toilet and added two wax rings.
Chandler did an excellent job. Completed everything that needed to be done in his usual profesional and knowledgeable way.
Checked several things that inspector pointed out during inspection. 1. Replaced regulator and adjusted pressure. 2. Tightened water heater straps. 3. water heater backer blocks are not required per code. The strapping that is there now is sufficient. 4. Resealed kitchen venting. 5. Inspected guest bathroom toilet and is installed properly. Is not loose and does not need to be tightened. 6. Adjusted temperature on guest shower 7. Den fireplace was lit and is working properly.
Replaced customers old 50 gallon Rheem water heater with Bradford white water heater. Added expansion tank and sediment trap. Customer had previous water damage stains behind water heater and on plat form. Everything was dry
Installed customers Moen sensor kitchen faucet. Customer had previous plumber that could not figure out how to install faucet. Customer also had moisture where irrigation control valves where. They believed it was a leak. I checked meter and meter was not spinning. I Believe the moisture was coming from the backflows and irrigation control valves when they where turning on and off.
Schuelke Plumbing was great! When I called they were up front about not being able to make it out until the next day and gave us a window of 9-11. Chandler was here right at 9am. Drain cleared ASAP, scoped it after with the camera to show us what may cause a problem in the future. He was very nice and informative, quick and left the area clean. Thank you Schuelke Plumbing.
My mainline sewer clogged with a house full of people! Schuelke’s responded and cleared the clog and even included a video camera inspection! Very thorough!
